Dear players,
We’re excited to introduce a series of updates that improve the gameplay experience, with a special focus on loot mechanics and interactions with Elite creatures. These changes are designed to bring more excitement and better rewards to your hunts, while also improving clarity and functionality across existing systems.

Retronia Server
Elites & Surprise Bag
More impact, clear progression, and rewards you can feel instantly, without harming the server’s economy.
This system has been completely rebuilt to provide clearer and more predictable hunt planning, with more consistent and meaningful rewards. There is now a real progression between Elite levels, while still maintaining healthy long-term economic control.

Party System
- The Magic Shield visual effect is now synchronized across all party members. When joining, leaving, or disbanding a party, or when protection or invisibility effects start or end, everyone will correctly see who is protected, in real time.
Daily Rewards System
- Losing your Daily Reward streak no longer removes the Mana Points bonus; the bonus now remains active until it expires.
The message shown when you lose your streak has been improved to clearly inform you about the Mana Points bonus status if it’s still active.
Retronia Client
Chat & Console
- Linked item icons now appear next to item links in chat messages, PMs, and on-screen messages.
- Improved hotkey and tooltip handling for linked items.
- Chat scroll position is preserved when new messages arrive.
- Chat is automatically disabled if WASD walking is active, making fast movement easier when you log in.
- Auto-focus when opening channels/PMs, and Ctrl+E closes multiple tabs in sequence.
- Better focus and navigation in the character list (both Character List and Cams), including letter search and auto-close after inactivity.
Interface & HUD
- The Health and Mana Circle HUD now adapts dynamically to the game screen.
- A Lag Protection icon is displayed when lag protection is active.
Inventory
- Classic drag-and-drop behavior for moving items into the minimized inventory has been added.
Screenshots
- New screenshots module with: configurable hotkeys, flash effect, automatic captures on level/skill ups, and in death/low health situations.
- Organization by character and month, with quick access to the screenshots folder.
Retronia Cam
- Updated visuals and text for “Retronia Cam” in options and messages.
- Usability improvements and private message display in replays.
